Company History
A.R. Wilson started the Property Management division in 1969. Incorporated and became a full service Real Estate Agency as well as a full service Property Management Company in 1985. The Company started with One Sales and Leasing Agent and Managing 5 units. We now have some of the Top Producing Sales Agents in the Springfield Market and Manage in excess of 300 Rental Units.

We service Springfield and all of the surrounding areas. We are a proud member the National, Missouri and Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and Multilist Board.

Rental Services
We offer a fully Computerized Full service Property Management division managing over 300 units. We have full time maintenance as well as subcontractors that give us discount rates to keep your maintenance costs down. We have contracts that save you on your advertising rates. We have single family, multi-family, apartments and commercial properties. Prices range from as low as $150.00 to $2400.00 per month. Expertise and Current Involvement
A.R. Wilson is a Past President of the Springfield Board of Realtors and a Past President of the Springfield Apartment and Housing Association. He currently serves on their Advisery Board. Tammie Tucker is a Past President of Womens Councel of Realtors and a Past President of the Greater Springfield Multilist Board. She currently serves on the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors Board of Directors. Gary Wilson is the 2008-2009 President of the Missouri Apartment Association. He is a Past President of the Springfield Apartment and Housing Association. He currently serves on its Board of Directors. He also currently is a Regional Vice President and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Apartment Association.
